Golf and Dinner Registration for October 1st, 2011 at Cragun's is open!  Sign up now!  Please register by emailing suzie@maccarkhuff-fdn.org with your name, contact info (mailing address, email) and any team members that you would like to be with.  You can prepay below or pay at the day of the event.  Please be aware that at the day of the event we can only accept cash or checks.

The 7th Annual Mac Carkhuff Golf Event and Silent Auction will be held at the scenic Legacy Bobby's Course at Cragun's in Brainerd, MN on Saturday October 1, 2011.

Registration starts at 11:30 A.M., Group photo at 12:15 P.M.

Shotgun start at 12:30 P.M.

Per person fee is $ 100 for a cart, 18 holes of action packed golf, AND dinner.

Dinner immediately following

About the event:

We will be golfing in teams of four, if you would like to form your own team or partial team please fill in each golfers name. Don't worry if you sign up alone, we will match you up to form a team!

       

 

After golfing 18 holes of golf we hope you will join us for a sit down dinner and Silent Auction in the clubhouse.  Dinner IS included for each golfer, if a non-golfing family member or friend would like to join us for dinner, just fill in their name and pay only for their meal ($ 25 per person).

 

     

There will be prizes and awards given out for various golfing achievements, so bring your best game!
